The 9 Tap Tour laced up their shoes and headed to Paradise Bowl in Parkland.  What a fantastic tournament as the scoring here was right on the money.  We had a nice attendence of 139 bowlers with a cash list of 28 places.  With only one 800 series and a low to cash of 701, every skill level of bowler from -9 to 59 pins of handicap made the cash list.   

The 9 Tap Jackpot over the last few weeks has been creeping up and avoiding being hit.  This week we had some unbelievable trys to take down this huge pot.  New comer Marshall Carter ripped off the middle 6 taps only to be foiled with a solid strike for his 7 tap try.  Finally in the last game of the day, tour veteran, Earl Kleist, got into the zone knocking down the middle 7 taps for a nice $750.00.  Great job Earl!

Joining the tour back in 2016 and now a three time winner, Bobby McKenzie wins here at Paradise Bowl.  Lacing up his Dexter the 9 shoes and using his Radical Doublecross, drilled by Randy Macomber at Papa's Pro Shop, Bobby fired the only 800 series this weekend.  Bobby says the shot was very challenging, but was very steady firing three great games.  He would like to thank all his great friends on the tour for their support.  He says he will use his winnings of $1,878.00 for new equipment and future tournaments.

 

Paradise Champion - Bobby McKenzie 

Finishing in second place and just missing his third championship is Will Twyman.  Coming off his second victory just this month at Bowlero-Lynnwood, Will fired another great series of 785.  Will has been on fire as this is his forth week in a row making the cash list, this time winning $851.00. 

Still looking for his first victory, Charles Daughery, Jr. takes home a third place finish.  Getting close a number of times with a 2nd, a 4th, and now his 2nd 3rd place finish, Charles fires a nice 783 series and takes home a nice check of $448.00.
