Total Paid Out: $6,590.00
First like always we want to thank Becky and her entire crew at Suncoast for a great time. This weekend it was great to see as many of you that could make it. Not only was this weekend our 3rd quarter championship, but it was us training those behind the tables. This weekend we had first round qualifier Saturday, and a last chance Sunday morning, into bracket finals. Our bracket finals gave the top 2 first round byes, and 14 total into the first round knock out. Down to 8, then to 4, then onto our final 2. This weekend was surely pointed toward the ladies here in Las Vegas. Wasn't just here but in the Puget Sound as well for their 3QC as well. Our 9-Tap Jackpot has grown to $1097.00 this week, but the Progressive Pot dropped some to $575.00. This weekend our winner made the cut with Saturday's qualifiers. This lady has been a big inspiration to us all. She shows us each day how to keep your head up and keep fighting. We know she just got done bowling the military tournament, and rolled at least 2 times a day if not more. There isn't enough room on here to say all the things we can. Congrats, again to Mrs. Ann McGee for winning your 5th tour Championship with us. This just got her the Covenant Black shirt with stars for each win on the back. Ann has had so much in life to walk through. She loves the L.V. 9-Tap Tour, bowling each week at least one to two squads each week.Ann rolled her heart out and into the final 2. Ann also won a new Storm Ball for winning the 3 QC.
Rolling into 2nd place this week is another long time member of the tour. She didn't lose by much, only needed a strike to win but ending with 7 pins to just be shut out. Congrats, to Sharon Balboa for not only qualifing in the last chance squad. Also pushing through the bracket finals and making it to the top 2. Coming into 3rd place this week is a newer member in the last couple months to the tour. She also is the assistant manager over at The Orleans bowling center. Congrats, Fawn Worthen for making it not only to the bracket finals. Also for having a great day of rolling and making the final 4. To come up just short of the final 2. |
