What a day at Suncoast! 

We want to thank Becky and all her crew at Suncoast, we had an outstanding day. 

The 9-tap continues to grow here in the Vegas area,  the last 2 weeks we have still seen new memberships along with old members and some Hawaii members that just moved to the Vegas area returning.  We also had a nice surprise from our friends in the Seattle Tour visit yesterday. 

Our numbers from entries to re-entries is still very low.  

Saturday was definitely a great day of bowling, scores the first 2 squads were coming in low.  Then we had a great explosion in the 3rd squad, taking our cash list from a low 670 and a high of 808 until the 3rd squad.  Our 3rd squad set some record scoring at Suncoast on Saturday.  The low to cash after 2 squads jumped to a low 758 to make the list to a very impressive 857.  

Now onto Saturday’s surprise,  He only bowled in 3 of our Tournament’s Aug. 2023-Sept. 2023 where he won his first title at Sam’s Town. 

Congratulations, goes out to Joey ‘Jethro’ Cazar on becoming another 2-time Champion and winning that Red shirt.  Joey wasn’t going to bowl Saturday but having 2 friends in his ear motivating him to bowl.  Thanks Nick Foley and Anthony for talking him into coming Saturday last minute.  Joey only came and bowled in the third squad Saturday.  He was out bowling Cosmic bowling until after 12am Friday night, being tired.  Lacing up his Dexter’s using his Purple Hammer, Drilled by Brain from K&K at Suncoast came out rolling an outstanding 857 Series.  Joey bowls Tuesdays at Suncoast on the Tuesday Nighters league.  He does plan on rolling more tournaments with his winnings.  Joey has been working at United Healthcare for the last 2 years.  He wants to give Special thanks to everyone who runs and helps with the Tour.  Joey’s other hobbies are Snowboarding, PC Gaming, Bowling, Bowling, Bowling, and more Bowling.  

Our 2nd place finisher just placed 3rd in last week tournament over at Sunset Station.  Joey Pacheco came in short of 1st by 46 pins this week.  According to our records he hasn’t won yet but has been a member since 2017.  Great rolling Joey your win in coming soon we can see it.  

Coming in 3rd this week is another returning member.  Also has been a member since 2017,  Richard Wash just returning Saturday rolled very well in the second squad to have the lead at 808.  He was holding the lead until all the outstanding scores coming in the 3rd Squad and was able to hold 3rd by 5 pins.  Welcome back Richard great bowling!
