Gold Coast
July 28th, 2024
Total Paid Out: $4,429.00
So, we want to let Gold Coast know how much we appreciate them for everything they do for us. Louis and Marshall are some of the best in the business. We also want everyone to know that we aren’t shutting down the tour. We will do everything we can to keep things going, this is why we would love to find some partners. We did hear a rumor that someone has said the tour is total closing down… Our main concern is to take care of the bowlers and keep this tour rolling. The best way for this to happen is to find a partner in crime, to help take care of all the members we have made family with. We have had some great inquiries about this and still have some more to speak with. Please contact Nick @ 253-545-1876 for information about this. From one Gold Coast outing to another, we have had great outings here and this continues even this last weekend. Our winner this week has been with the 9-Tap Tour family since 2015 and has made it to holding 3 titles until this last Sunday at Gold Coast. He has been bowling well these past few weeks, even at the Multi- Region where he was so exhausted after bowling all day into the Sunday finals. This person bowls in different tournaments to gain experience. The best part of this weekend is he even made it to the finals at the multi-Region, along with the Storm live feed. Congratulations to Norris Montague, for once again making it to the finals and staying there both squads. Norris managed to make the top spot in his first squad Sunday at Gold Coast and ended up holding the top spot with a nice 744. He loves bowling in different tournaments and had his last best finish since we brought the tour back which was this last Sunday at Gold Coast. Norris has now won his 4th Tournament with us and is now going to receive his Gold Shirt. He came in Sunday lacing up his Dexter SST8 bowling shoes and Wiping off his 12 lbs Storm Pitch Black ball. His ball was drilled by our friends over at Haynes bowling supply, which David himself drilled Norris’s ball. He bowls on the Tuesday Mixers at Gold Coast during the winter. With his winning Norris would like to bowl in more tournaments. Always and forever his wife cheers him on even thought she doesn’t come out to watch. Norris no longer works since he retired just over 7 years ago. His special moment is, he always feels lucky when he wins. Norris is also thankful for all his bowling friends, and especially Mark Kight, Ann McGee along with Sharon Balboa. Norris likes to cook, also enjoying walking his dog every day. He is also in 3 pool leagues. Congrats again Norris on another great day of rolling with your friends. This week making there way into her first 2nd place finish with us, is Kimberly Kekahuna-Lee only missed her very first place finish with us by 6 pins. She ended her day with a very nice 738. Kimberly and her husband have become a great part of the 9-Tap Family. They come every week and always smiling and laughing. We can’t wait to see them next Sunday at Sunset Station. Congratulations Kimberly, way to go that win is coming soon. Rolling into 3rd place this week has been making her way up the ladder and finally finished in 3rd. Alyssa Marlow has been a great treat to have in the family smiling and joking with everyone. Always making our weekends fun with you all, she only missed 2nd place by 1 pin rolling a nice 737. Your win is show as well keep it up. Way to go to everyone on the list this last weekend, having a low to cash sitting at 682 up to a nice 744. We once again show that HDCP isn’t what hold anyone back. Having a -1 up to 54 pins on the cash list this last week. Myself I did stay after and finally was able to roll with a few of you to enjoy the conversation and smack talking. Thank you to every one of you special friends that make this so fun for us. Our hearts are full of joy and smiles. Our 9-Tap Jackpot has grown again up to a nice $2973.00 for this Sunday at Sunset Station. Along with the Progressive Pot took a hit and dropped to $997.00. |
