Very excited to sign up another four new Members to the Tour this Saturday at Sam's Town.  Welcome to LaVerne Yokoi, Penny Delorme, Bill Childs, and Layne Dacanay!  Crazy 8s continues to be quite successful as Dave Lankford and Leon Pitcher "Won Their Way In" to the tournament and Ron McGinnis won $40toward his entry! The 300 Progressive was threatened but not popped this week so next week it returns at $72.00. No one was able to put any taps together either so the 9-Tap Jackpot has grown to$2,970.00.  And the Progressive Pot will return at $848.00 thanks in part to the Top 3 this week were all in for $10 instead of $20. This week we had 7 Members make the "Cash List" and paid out$1,700.00.

 

New Member Layne Dacanay made his mark on the Leaderboard early with his 981 series.  Right behind him was Leon Pitcher with his 975.  Layne decided to bowl again, while Leon was content with his score as he hung around to watch the second squad.  Troy Rawling, in his bid to tighten up the BOY race with Leon, found the "Zone" with an awesome 1037 set.  Not far behind was Daryl Jeffries with an equally impressive 1005 series pushing Layne into third place.  The Top 3 would remain unchanged after the final squad of the day. Troy would gain some ground on Leon in the Bowler of the Year race and put $657.00 in the bank and another star for title #6 on his championship shirt.  Daryl pocketed a very nice $311.00for another second place finish.  Layne's original score was good enough to hold on to third place and a payday of $195.00.Congratulations to Troy on #6 and to the rest of the Members on the "Cash List".

 

Troy Rawling does it again.  Trailing Leon Pitcher in career titles by just one title and 29 points in the 2017 BOY race, Troy went to workto even up the title catergory and chip away at the point deficit picking up 22 points overall.   Bowling with his Pitch Black ball in his league center, Troy plans on buying a new pair of bowling shoes with this week's check!  Congratulations Troy and thanks to you and Leon for making the 2017 BOY very exciting as we enter the final quarter of the year!
