With this coming Saturday being the last tournament before the Year End Championship, we've decided to open up a 'Jackpot Special' for our tour stop at Skyway Park Bowl.  We'll hand over $10.00 on the spot EVERY TIME someone hits the FRONT TWO 9 taps in a  game as long as they're entered in the Jackpot for their entry.  We've done this a few times before and it's always a big hit with our bowlers.  Hope to see everyone at Skyway! 

For the 2nd time in a three week span, 11-time Champ, Tong Nguyen led the tournament heading into the final squad, only to get knocked off at the last minute by a first time winner!  Tong was one of three bowlers (each in different squads) to shoot over 1000 with his 1023.  Skip Shear was the other with his 1004 for 3rd Place.  Tong earned $984.00 while Skip earned $498.00.  Nice bowling! 

This week's champ, Jarad Burdine (aka: Jay) not only earned his first tour title this week, he earned a spot in the Year End Championship with less than two weeks to spare!  Jay shot 1031 to edge out Tong for a HUGE $2,210.00 1st Place check!  HiLine's Pat Johns drilled Jay's Storm 'Virtual Gravity Nano' ball and Jay was wearing his Dexter SST Shoes on his way to the big WIN!  Jay says he'll use the money for "Finishing Christmas shopping" for himself and his son, Jamir who was on hand to watch his Daddy bring home the big win!  When asked if he had anyone cheering him on, Jay said "Yeah, my son, Jamir has always been by my side, my bother, Willie Manning and everyone else who rooted for me."  Jay added "It just felt like it was my night tonight, thanks to the 9-Tap Tour staff, family & friends."
